Marketing Assistant

The ideal candidate is a highly organised, technology aware self-starter who will collaborate with the marketing team and add value to marketing content and marketing campaigns.

This role would be suitable for a highly motivated individual, beginning their career in marketing who can work with agility in a supportive marketing team.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Write marketing content for our customers
Write social media content
Contribute to marketing campaigns
Copy editing content for messaging and quality

Duties and responsibilities:

Content
- Work with marketing director to support content production relevant for audience
- Help in updating required materials
- Work with the team to ensure relevant content appears on the website and partner portal
- Use email marketing system to build emails for distribution of content and event invitations
- Work with sales team to ensure marketing lists for email communications and event invitations are up to date and comply with GDPR rules
Events & PR
- Assist with events preparation if required (e.g. marketing materials, ads, banners, merchandise etc.)
- Ensure events are added to CRM and updated
Administrative
- Input data and contacts into the CRM system and track
- Ad hoc support to Marketing Director and Marketing Manager
- Carry out additional duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent writing and editing skills
Previous marketing experience is preferred but not required
